The TenXPlus Creations team at the Student-Centric Bharat launch, T-Hub Hyderabad
TenXPlus Creations is a production company for 10X+ outcomes. We create AI-native infrastructure, protocols and companies through which progress compounds - starting with Zero, which makes the daily student commute safe and accountable, and Heroh, which powers the drivers who keep Bharat moving. It began with parents and technologists who saw how much students lose to long, uncertain commutes.
What the mission has produced so far
Pre-seed raised
Students served
Trips completed
Campus partners
We never compromise. If it is not safe enough for our own children, it is not safe enough for yours.
No hidden systems. We share our data, our mistakes, and our wins openly with every parent.
We build for families because we are parents. Every feature solves real anxiety - not just a business goal.
Our direction
We imagine a Bharat that does not treat progress as a fixed destination, but continuously becomes more capable, intelligent, inclusive and self-improving.
To create AI-native infrastructure, protocols and enduring companies that enable every stakeholder and ecosystem to continuously discover and achieve better possibilities.
Becoming
Growth makes a system bigger. Becoming makes it better able to learn, adapt and expand what is possible.
Perpetual
Perpetual means that capacity is embedded in the system itself, not dependent on occasional reform, exceptional leaders or isolated innovation.
The reality we seek
Every advancement should expand the capacity to create the next one.
People gain greater access, agency and opportunity.
Progress expands what individuals can choose, create and become.
Institutions learn rather than harden.
They sense change, improve continuously and remain accountable to the people they serve.
Infrastructure adapts instead of being rebuilt.
Shared capabilities evolve with emerging needs and become more valuable through use.
Solved problems become new foundations.
Every solution lowers the cost, time and complexity of solving what comes next.
Progress compounds across generations.
Value survives individual products, reforms and leaders because learning is built into the system.
“The destination is not a finished Bharat. It is a Bharat whose systems continuously create its next possibility.”

The same three-founder idea, now a city-scale operation.
Student-Centric Bharat, introduced at T-Hub Hyderabad, framed mobility as infrastructure - not a product launch, but a movement built to eventually connect students across Bharat, not just one city.
