What Deserves to Be Produced: The TenXPlus Creation Test
Seven questions every TenXPlus Creation must answer before it exists - and the culture of Creators that holds the line.
A production company is defined as much by what it refuses to make as by what it makes. At TenXPlus Creations, every idea - a product, a company, an institution - is held to the same test before it is produced.
What student problem are we taking to zero today?
- Vijay Ganagam, Co-founder & CEO
The Seven-Part Test
01
Begin with a consequential problem. We do not produce companies around passing opportunities.
02
Demand a 10X+ outcome - an order-of-magnitude improvement in value, access, agency, trust, experience or economics.
03
Centre the stakeholder. Technology, orchestration and trusted entities must combine around a lived human need.
04
Build the system, not only the interface. Technology, operations, distribution, governance and entities must work as one.
05
Make every Creation strengthen the next. Capabilities and learning return to the shared foundation.
06
Design for continuous evolution. A Creation must learn, adapt and remain capable of discovering better possibilities.
07
Create more value than we capture. Enduring companies enlarge the ecosystem around them.
Solving a problem isn't the same as finding the remedy to the root cause.
- Alfred Jerome Lazarus, Co-founder & CVO
Creation Makes the Creator
The test only works if the people applying it hold the same line. Where there is a Creation, there is a Creator - anyone who accepts responsibility for bringing something valuable into existence and stays with it until the outcome is real. If it is not 10X, we will not do it. Create before claiming. Own the outcome end to end. Make complexity simple. Choose quality over quantity. Remain in a state of becoming. Build without malice.
Strategy changes slides. Culture changes outcomes.
- Abhinav Dantuluri, Chief of Staff
It is why Zero began with one consequential problem - an unsafe, invisible school commute - and why Heroh exists to give the drivers behind it a trusted professional identity and dependable livelihoods. Each had to pass the same test.
